Change in specification meant the car was missing features l was expecting, ie leather steering wheel and gear knob cruise control. I was not made aware of their exclusion. Also change in display graphics, ie reversing image size and driving info

We were always made to feel as if we mattered were welcome and that the people at Mini really cared. As the delivery date approached we were actually making excuses to ourselves just to go up and visit Ed and the team.

No issues with the whole process
Services the branch was very good, but spoiled by yet another phone call the day before, asking if I'd like to test drive a new mini or part exchange my old vehicle while I was there. This despite asking repeatedly to be taken off the marketing list.

Staff at Cotswold Hereford are excellent. This is why we only dealt with them, rather than our local mini dealership, when we bought our latest mini.
I would recommend Jade Standish to everybody. The customer journey from test drive to delivery was seamless. We loved the excellent communication, and regular updates on how our new Mini was progressing through the factory.
The gentlemen on the service dept was brilliant and the young lady on reception is brilliant with my children, she made me feel so welcome even looked after my coat while we had a look round.

Brilliant on all scores ! From the time we arrived until the unveiling the help and guidance from Josh & the mini product specialist was Great .Josh helped me unveil my JCW and we had a real laugh together doing it. Where else could you get that!

There was a slight mistake, I asked for the same car as I already had which was an All4 but my new car was only frontwheel drive, we realized too late to change as all papers signed.
I thought I was having a free service only to be told when I booked the car in that it would cost £250 ( which I think is excessive an oil change. ) I feel this should have been mentioned to me before I took the car in as it is a lot of money.

Every visit to Cotswold Hereford MINI is a pleasure. You're always greeted with a smile and a coffee. Upon collection, my new MINI was beautifully covered in their private handover area which made for an exciting reveal! Spotless inside and out.

Were very quick to book my car in and sort out the problem
Took car in for a new tyre. On collection, tyre pressures were not correct and TPM would not reset due to the pressures being outside tollerance range. I would have thought checking pressures were safe would be part of the service!
