I did deal with Cotswold Cheltenham, the new branch which I found too big, too impersonal, and not good with customer relations. Cotswold Hereford were very good. A pleasant friendly atmosphere and staff who did what they said they would do.

Car wasn't cleaned as it had been previously. Also, I asked the garage to connect some wires for my dashcam to the rear parking lights but they refused as they were not genuine mini parts. This is fine but there was no offer of a solution

Pricing & extras failure with my order & a reluctance to give me back my factory fitted parts that I'd moded for different ones. 6 hours of journeying back to dealership to do a quick fix & then have to put the required parts on myself back home.

Very good customer service
I was told as part of the service my car would be cleaned inside and out. The inside had clearly been very briefly hoovered but to a very poor standard, the mats hadn't been removed and the seats hadn't been hoovered.
See above but we are very happy that Cotswold took our comments on board so to speak and we are almost 'back to normal'. Staff at Cotswold are superb - thank goodness they have a sense of humour too!
