I'd purchased the car last April. A rattle / vibration was coming from the front or dashboard. Had it checked. Still occurring. Not had car a year, yet was told the unresolved issue was not covered by warranties.

Went for an intermittent fault, they said that it threw the fault while there and was a faulty airbag sensor. Agreed to the repair. With diagnostics and the part repair done. £900 later. Fault came up again the next day and been intermittent since

I experienced micro aggression form the the sales person; I had booked a lift into town and initially he was not flexible and communicated firmly that the situation could not be helped. The driver who eventually took me into town was a credit.

I was refised the use of a courtesy car offered during the service as I was told my French driving license was unacceptable. The explanation was unclear other than the service representative said he was 90% sure it was unacceptable.
