rear tyres failed mot with pot hole cuts. replacements authorised but they fitted Continental not Michelin as the originals without my agreement. front brake pads had 1mm and rear 1.5mm left and will need replacing in approx 2 months .

On the day comms were really good. I was kept informed and offered coffee and checked in with by employees as they passed by the waiting area. Very comfortable seating. Explanations and quotes were given and billing explained well.
