Cotswold Hereford can't be beaten on customer service. I've always found this, but this time when they were let down by a poor valet service which slightly damaged my car, they were as quick as ever in sorting it out.

rear tyres failed mot with pot hole cuts. replacements authorised but they fitted Continental not Michelin as the originals without my agreement. front brake pads had 1mm and rear 1.5mm left and will need replacing in approx 2 months .
