The member of the sales staff, James Forde, was helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us greatly in making our decision both with regard to choice of vehicle and finance options. The handover of the vehicle was excellent.

My appointment was actually to have a dash cam fitted. I'd previously sought advice from Cotswold. On the fitting day, everything went extremely well and to scheduled time. I was given full explanation of how system worked. Very pleased.
