Lots of MOT slots available, at a week's notice. MOT completed in the estimated time slot, while I waited. Comfortable waiting area, free drinks. Mini was washed and footwells cleaned for free. Inspection video was a nice touch. Friendly staff.

Everybody at Mini is always SO helpful and answers any questions or concerns one may have. Ewan was very good at the Service Reception and Jonah was outstanding in the sales. We will definitely come back to him when we decide to change our Mini.

Car purchased in July & presented with a transmission oil problem. Whilst solving this problem they discovered the gas strut on the bonnet was out of date. These were sorted free of charge as I had had the car for less than 3 months.

Cant fault the mechanical side of things. HOWEVER my car came back from the garage with scratches and dents on the driver door, which the mini garage are yet to do anything about. It seems like as it's an older car, they Don't care as much about it!!

I had booked a loan car but it was only available via a mobile phone app - we do not use mobile phones because we have no signal from any provider at home.

rear tyres failed mot with pot hole cuts. replacements authorised but they fitted Continental not Michelin as the originals without my agreement. front brake pads had 1mm and rear 1.5mm left and will need replacing in approx 2 months .
