Our car was serviced as requested in good time. We also had plenty of time to discuss our options with James. We even had a test drive in a Mini Classic which was interesting to compare with our Cooper S. Everyone was very helpful.

Ieuan Vale-Smith, the Service Advisor was friendly, helpful and professional when booking my car in. He kept me informed during the day of the results of the visual check and MOT test. My car was washed and valeted when I collected it. Excellent.

I have been a customer of Mini Hereford for over 20 years. Ieuan is fab on the service desk i have to mention Dave there too (used to be in the workshop) both are fantastic, helpful & explain everything to us no mechanic folk.Assets to Mini Hereford

Went for an intermittent fault, they said that it threw the fault while there and was a faulty airbag sensor. Agreed to the repair. With diagnostics and the part repair done. £900 later. Fault came up again the next day and been intermittent since

I experienced micro aggression form the the sales person; I had booked a lift into town and initially he was not flexible and communicated firmly that the situation could not be helped. The driver who eventually took me into town was a credit.
