Efficient service with a smile. Always very attentive and accommodating. I had my newborn baby with me and needed a car into town, and nothing was too much trouble. I later needed a loan car and this was sorted in record time. Lovely experience.

Our car was serviced as requested in good time. We also had plenty of time to discuss our options with James. We even had a test drive in a Mini Classic which was interesting to compare with our Cooper S. Everyone was very helpful.

Ieuan Vale-Smith, the Service Advisor was friendly, helpful and professional when booking my car in. He kept me informed during the day of the results of the visual check and MOT test. My car was washed and valeted when I collected it. Excellent.

I'd purchased the car last April. A rattle / vibration was coming from the front or dashboard. Had it checked. Still occurring. Not had car a year, yet was told the unresolved issue was not covered by warranties.
