Car drives beautifully and Mini Hereford keep it that way!
Once again I am oh so satisfied. Some would even go to say completely satisfied as the issue was resolved when I needed it to be!
car not ready on time. charged for parts that weren't even used. failed to diagnose basic fault and car not ready. no courtesy cars for a month.

I find the video very helpful and informative on service progress. I find the refreshment area excellent. However, I did wait quite a long time once (40 minutes) just to pick up the car.

James was really polite and professional and dealt with my fault on my mini with no problems at all. The lady on the reception desk was also very helpful when we visited Cotswold in Hereford, offered tea or coffee and she was really friendly.

Callum was very patient with my wife and I over several weeks as we were delayed by my illness from making decisions earlier about deciding between new or used MINI, and then taking time to consider colour schemes and extras for the new vehicle.
Was a bit of a rush had to wait for mats (and flowers) to be delivered at a later date and then only got front ones
